Dear Asset Manager (you know who you are),
This REO business can be so crazy! When I started selling REOs TEN years ago, I had no idea what was ahead. I didn't know that it's best to wear boots instead of flip flops during an initial inspection.... I didn't know that BPO accuracy can make or break you...I didn't know that you can't make ANY changes to that bank addendum... I didn't know that the asset manager you knew in San Diego, could turn up as the new boss at an REO shop in Dallas... What I know now is how truly grateful I am for every assignment you've given me. Your support has provided a wonderful home for my family, a terrific career for me, and a new challenge every day. Your business means so much to me. Thank you!
